Chip programming is an important part of the subdivision of the semiconductor back-end process. With the vigorous development of emerging industries such as 5G, automotive electronics, and artificial intelligence, the number of chips to be programmed in 2021 will be 80.6 billion, and it is expected that programming will be required in 2022. The number of chips will reach 90 billion, and programming has become a "must-have item" in our production process.

At the seminar, Mr. Fu Guo first introduced the company's development history and the company's core equipment. Later, he also raised some common pain points and problems encountered by customers in the process of chip programming: 1. The chip is damaged and returned to the factory after sale, but it is sent to the original factory for analysis, but the 8D report of "ESD failure" is always obtained? 2. The production process needs to burn more than a dozen different chips, and several different dedicated programmers are required. The operation is complicated and error-prone, and staff training is difficult? 3. A series of questions such as how to deploy the security programming of driverless car chips, and in-depth analysis and answers to these questions. Finally, he also focused on the technological advancement and quality control requirements that Oncor's two industry-leading customers paid attention to in programming.
