Acroview/System General to Attend SEMICON WEST 2025 - Inviting You to Explore Innovations in Chip Te

Time:2025-09-30   Visits:1147

As the global semiconductor industry undergoes the dual transformation of "accelerating technological iteration" and "supply chain restructuring," every key industry event becomes a vital window for gaining insights into sector trends and addressing development challenges. From October 7–9, 2025, SEMICON WEST—North America’s premier microelectronics exhibition—will take place in Arizona, turning the region into a hub for global technological resources and a platform where industry leaders, startups, and research institutions collaborate to overcome barriers. Here, collaboration goes beyond simple resource matching—it represents an in-depth exploration of core issues such as “how to overcome back-end process bottlenecks” and “how to build more resilient regional supply chains.” As a leader in chip programming and testing, Acroview / System General will showcase cutting-edge solutions at Booth 7516, Phoenix Convention Center, under the core theme of “Empowering the Full Industry Chain with Technology,” unveiling the underlying logic of innovation in semiconductor back-end processes for global industry partners.

SEMICONWEST2025

In the semiconductor industry’s comprehensive chain of “design-manufacturing-packaging and testing,” back-end processes are critical in determining chip yield, reliability, and mass production efficiency. Their technical level directly impacts the competitiveness of end products. Acroview / System General deeply understands this industrial logic. By integrating R&D resources across Mainland China, Japan, and Singapore, the company has broken down regional technical barriers and established a dual-driven technology system of “chip programming + testing.” The core of this system lies not merely in the stacking of equipment functions, but in its precise response to the full range of needs from “R&D to mass production.” Thanks to stable performance and flexible customization capabilities, Acroview / System General has become a key partner for leading international enterprises such as Huawei and BYD. In automotive electronics, the company provides highly reliable programming solutions for vehicle chips, ensuring driving safety. In industrial control, precise testing guarantees stable chip operation under complex working conditions. In aerospace and defense, the company meets extreme environmental demands with stringent standards. It is no exaggeration to say that the technical support provided by Acroview / System General has been deeply integrated into global high-end chip application scenarios, becoming an indispensable “technical cornerstone” of the industry chain.

At this year’s SEMICON WEST, Acroview / System General will showcase the SG5200S 4-Nozzle Automatic Programming System—an exemplary solution to the industry challenge of “balancing mass production efficiency and precision.” As the semiconductor industry scales, companies must increase production capacity to meet market demand while ensuring precision to avoid cost losses. The SG5200S achieves this balance through modular design: it can be equipped with four SG8000 programming cores, and the system stations can be flexibly expanded to 32 or 64, meeting both the flexible production needs of SMEs and the large-scale mass production scenarios of major manufacturers. Its market-validated automation framework, from mechanical structure design to core component selection, is engineered for “full lifecycle stability and reliability,” significantly reducing operational costs and addressing the industry-wide issues of “high failure rates and high maintenance costs” associated with traditional equipment.

Particularly noteworthy is the newly upgraded 4-nozzle chip handling system, which achieves a triple breakthrough in “efficiency, precision, and quiet operation.” With high-speed performance of 3,500 UPH (units per hour), combined with precision transmission structures and intelligent control algorithms, the system ensures handling accuracy while operating at ultra-quiet noise levels. This makes it ideally suited for the stringent reliability requirements of automotive electronics, the extreme stability standards of aerospace and defense, and the efficiency demands of mass production for IoT devices, servers, and network chips. In terms of chip compatibility, the SG5200S supports programmable logic chips such as FPGA, MCU, and CPLD, as well as memory chips including NAND/NOR Flash, eMMC, and UFS. It also accommodates full-scenario input/output methods such as tray, tape, and tube, paired with diverse marking solutions. This truly establishes a “one-stop solution for mass production of multiple chip types,” helping companies reduce equipment switching costs, enhance production continuity and stability, and injecting an “efficiency engine” into industrial scaling.

If programming is the “front-end safeguard” of chip mass production, then burn-in testing serves as the “final defense line” before high-end chips leave the factory. With the rise of advanced products such as AI training chips (e.g., GPU, SoC) and automotive-grade autonomous driving chips, the industry faces new challenges in meeting “high-power, high-precision” testing demands. Acroview / System General’s V9000-ABI Fully Automatic IC Burn-in Test System redefines industry standards for burn-in testing through multiple technological breakthroughs. To address reliability testing under extreme conditions for high-end chips, the V9000-ABI increases single DUT (Device Under Test) power to 1,500W—over 1.5 times higher than traditional equipment—simulating chip performance under high-load operation and exposing potential failure risks in advance, thereby building a solid “technical barrier” for chip reliability. The proprietary TempJIT™ temperature control technology overcomes the limitations of traditional temperature control, such as “response lag and insufficient precision,” by dynamically adjusting the test environment temperature in real time. This accurately replicates temperature variations in actual chip operating scenarios, avoiding interference from temperature fluctuations and ensuring the authenticity and reliability of test data, thereby providing precise input for chip performance optimization. Furthermore, the “fully online” burn-in testing process, with automated loading/unloading and intelligent data acquisition systems, significantly reduces manual intervention—not only minimizing the risk of human error but also elevating testing efficiency and yield rates to industry-leading levels. This helps companies gain a competitive edge with “high-quality products” and ensures the mass production of high-end chips.

At this crossroads of global semiconductor industry transformation, Acroview / System General continues to respond to market changes with “forward-looking strategies” and empower customer development with “full lifecycle services.” In line with the trend of “regional clustering” in the global semiconductor sector, the company is deepening its technological investments and local service networks in Southeast Asia. By establishing customer-centric service centers and technical support teams, it addresses issues such as “delayed response and high communication costs” in regional supply chain coordination, helping to build stable and efficient collaborative ecosystems within regional industry chains. At the same time, Acroview / System General is expanding its business boundaries into new areas such as Post-Silicon Validation (PSV) and engineering test equipment. From performance verification in the chip R&D phase, to process optimization during pilot production, and efficiency improvement in mass production, the company has established solutions covering the entire “R&D – pilot production – mass production” lifecycle. This “one-stop technical support” model not only reduces the costs and risks associated with cross-supplier collaboration for customers but also achieves deep integration of “technology and needs,” enabling the company to provide tailored technical services based on customers’ R&D progress and production plans—truly embodying the principle of “growing together with customers.”

The value of technology is never confined to isolated equipment parameters—it lies in deep integration with industrial development. Similarly, industrial progress depends on enterprises’ commitment to core technological innovation. From October 7–9, 2025, Acroview / System General sincerely invites global semiconductor industry partners to visit Booth 7516 at SEMICON WEST 2025. Engage with our technical team to delve into the latest advancements in chip programming and testing, and join us in exploring how back-end processes can address industry challenges and drive innovation forward.
