Acroview Programmer Supports Belling's I2C Interface EEPROM BL24C16F

Acroview, a leader in chip programming, has announced the further expansion of its compatible chip coverage with the release of a new version of its programming software. The company's core product, the universal programming platform AP8000, has now achieved full adaptation with Belling's I2C interface EEPROM BL24C16F.

The BL24C16F provides 16384 bits of serial electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), organized as 2048 words × 8 bits.

This device is optimized for many industrial and commercial applications that have strict requirements for low power consumption and low voltage operation.

The AP8000 universal programmer independently developed by Acroview has become a benchmark professional programming solution in the industry. The AP8000 main unit features flexible connection methods, equipped with both USB and NET interfaces, enabling convenient networking of multiple programmers. Through the networking function, users can easily achieve synchronous control of multiple programmers and efficiently carry out parallel programming operations. In terms of security, the main unit has a built-in intelligent safety protection circuit that can monitor chip placement status and circuit connections in real time. Once abnormalities such as chip reverse insertion or short circuit are detected, it will immediately trigger a power-off protection mechanism, fully protecting the safe operation of chips and the programmer. The main unit is equipped with a high-speed FPGA chip, greatly improving data transmission and processing efficiency, ensuring a smooth and efficient programming process. To enhance usability, an SD card slot is provided on the back of the main unit. Users only need to store the project file generated on the PC to an SD card and insert it into the slot, then use the physical buttons on the programmer to select, load, and execute programming operations, enabling independent operation without a PC. This design not only reduces dependence on computer hardware configuration but also simplifies the working environment setup process, significantly improving operational flexibility.

In terms of expandability and compatibility, the AP8000 adopts a modular combination design of baseboard and adapter board, effectively expanding the functional boundaries of the main unit. Currently, the device supports products from major semiconductor manufacturers, covering well-known brands such as SK hynix, Micron, SANDISK, ASR, Kingston, etc. The types of supported devices are extensive, including NAND, NOR, MCU, CPLD, FPGA, EMMC, etc., and it is fully compatible with various industry-standard file formats such as Intel Hex, Motorola S, Binary, POF, providing users with a one-stop, full-scenario chip programming solution.
