Acroview Programmer Supports ChipOne's 19-Channel Level Shifter iML7276

Acroview, a leader in chip programming, has officially expanded its compatible device coverage with the latest software release. Its flagship product, the universal programming platform AP8000, now fully supports ChipOne's 19-channel level shifter iML7276.

The iML7276 is a 19-channel high-voltage level shifter produced by ChipOne, primarily used in the drive circuits of GOA (Gate Driver on Array) TFT-LCD panels. The chip converts low-voltage logic signals from the timing controller (TCON) into high-voltage signals capable of driving the gate and source electrodes of LCD panels, resolving signal compatibility issues across different voltage domains.

The iML7276 comes in a WQFN-40L 5x5 package and is designed for GOP TFT-LCD panels. The level shifter is specifically tailored for TFT-LCD panels, with its core task being to generate high-voltage signals for panel driving. The iML7276 includes multiple signals, such as 8 GOA input signals and 19 GOA output signals, and also features a reset function. The device efficiently converts logic-level signals from the TCON into high-level signals required by GOA panels.

The iML7276 integrates over-temperature protection (OTP) and over-current protection (OCP). The table below shows the primary behavior of each protection mechanism. Equipped with OTP, it prevents the iML7276 from overheating due to excessive power dissipation. When the junction temperature exceeds 150°C (the lower threshold), OTP will stop operation.

The AP8000 main unit offers flexible connectivity, equipped with both USB and NET interfaces, enabling convenient networking of multiple programmers. Through networking, users can easily achieve synchronized control of multiple programmers and carry out parallel programming operations efficiently. In terms of safety, the main unit incorporates an intelligent safety protection circuit that monitors chip placement status and circuit connections in real time. Once abnormalities such as reverse insertion or short circuits are detected, it immediately triggers a power-off protection mechanism, safeguarding the chips and the programmer comprehensively. The main unit is equipped with a high-speed FPGA chip, significantly enhancing data transmission and processing efficiency to ensure a smooth and efficient programming process. To enhance user convenience, an SD card slot is provided on the back of the main unit. Users can store project files generated on a PC to an SD card, insert it into the slot, and then complete file selection, loading, and programming through the programmer's physical buttons, enabling standalone operation independent of a PC. This design not only reduces dependence on computer hardware configuration but also simplifies the workspace setup, greatly improving operational flexibility.

In terms of expandability and compatibility, the AP8000 adopts a modular combination of base board and adapter board, effectively extending the main unit's functional boundaries. Currently, the device supports products from all major semiconductor manufacturers, covering well-known brands such as SK hynix, Micron, SANDISK, ASR, and Kingston. Its supported device types are extensive, including NAND, NOR, MCU, CPLD, FPGA, EMMC, and more, and it is fully compatible with various industry-standard file formats such as Intel Hex, Motorola S, Binary, and POF, providing users with a one-stop, full-scenario chip programming solution.
