Acroview, a leader in chip programming, has officially announced the expansion of its compatible chip model coverage alongside the release of a new version of its programming software. The company's core product, the universal programming platform AP8000, has now achieved full compatibility with Macronix's 64Mbit serial NOR Flash memory MX25L6433F.
The MX25L6433F is a 64Mbit serial NOR Flash memory with an internal configuration of 8,388,608 x 8 bits. When operating in four-wire I/O mode, the memory architecture switches to 16,777,216 x 4 bits; when operating in two-wire I/O mode, the memory architecture switches to 33,554,432 x 2 bits.
The MX25L6433F features a serial peripheral interface and supporting software communication protocol. In single-wire I/O mode, communication can be accomplished through a simple three-wire bus. The three bus signals are: clock input (SCLK), serial data input (SI), and serial data output (SO); the chip's serial access enable is controlled by the chip select signal CS#.
The MX25L6433F belongs to the MXSMO (Serial Multi-I/O) flash memory family, supporting full-chip continuous read and multi-I/O transfer functions. When the chip operates in four-wire I/O mode, the SI, SO, WP#, and HOLD# pins are multiplexed as SIO0, SIO1, SIO2, and SIO3 pins for address/silent clock bit input and data read/write. After a program/erase command is issued, the chip initiates an automatic program/erase algorithm to complete programming, erasing, and verification of specified page, sector, or block addresses. The program command supports single-byte or full-page (256-byte) programming; the erase command can select 4KB sector, 32KB/64KB block, or full-chip erase. The chip has a built-in status register to simplify user debugging. A status read command can be sent to determine whether the program or erase operation has completed via the WIP busy bit. When the chip is not operating and the CS# pin is high, the device remains in standby mode.
The MX25L6433F uses Macronix's self-developed memory cell, which can reliably retain data with an erase/write cycle endurance of up to 100,000 cycles.

Acroview's self-developed AP8000 universal programmer has become a benchmark professional programming solution in the industry. The device supports flexible configurable one-to-one and one-to-eight configurations, and provides both online and offline working modes. It has developed dedicated programming solutions especially for eMMC, UFS, and other memory chips, fully covering bare-die offline programming and on-board programming needs for Macronix's full range of chips. The AP8000 adopts an innovative modular design with three core modules: main unit, base board, and adapter socket, giving the device excellent compatibility and expandability. As a universal programming platform, it not only adapts to various programmable chips on the market, but also, with stable and efficient performance, serves as the core component of Acroview's automated batch programming equipment IPS5800S, efficiently handling large-scale chip programming tasks and meeting mass production needs.

The AP8000 main unit features flexible connection methods, equipped with both USB and NET interfaces, enabling convenient networking of multiple programmers. Through the networking function, users can easily achieve synchronous control of multiple programmers and efficiently carry out parallel programming operations. In terms of security, the main unit has a built-in intelligent safety protection circuit that can
monitor chip placement status and circuit connection conditions in real time. Once abnormalities such as reversed chip insertion or short circuits are detected, it will immediately trigger a power-off protection mechanism, fully safeguarding the safe operation of chips and the programmer. The main unit is equipped with a high-speed FPGA chip internally, greatly improving data transmission and processing efficiency and ensuring a smooth and efficient programming process. To enhance ease of use, the back of the main unit is provided with an SD card slot. Users simply store the project file generated on the PC to an SD card and insert it into the slot, then complete file selection, loading, and programming through the programmer's physical buttons, achieving independent operation without a PC. This design not only reduces dependence on computer hardware configuration, but also simplifies the work environment setup process and significantly improves operational flexibility.
In terms of expandability and compatibility, the AP8000 adopts a modular combination design of base board and adapter board, effectively expanding the functional boundaries of the main unit. Currently, the device supports products from all mainstream semiconductor manufacturers, covering well-known brands such as SK hynix, Micron, SANDISK, ASR, and Kingston. It supports a wide range of device types, including NAND, NOR, MCU, CPLD, FPGA, EMMC, and fully supports multiple industry-standard file formats such as Intel Hex, Motorola S, Binary, and POF, providing users with a one-stop, full-scenario chip programming solution.
