About the Acroview AP8000 Universal Programmer
Independently developed by Acroview, the AP8000 universal programmer has become a benchmark professional programming solution in the industry. The device supports flexible configurations, including 1-to-1 and 1-to-8 modes, and offers both online and offline operation modes. It features dedicated programming solutions developed for memory chips such as eMMC and UFS, comprehensively covering the needs for blank chip offline programming and on-board programming for the entire series of EZURIO chips.

The AP8000 adopts an innovative modular design with three core components: a main unit, a base board, and an adapter module. This design endows the device with excellent compatibility and expandability. As a universal programming platform, it not only adapts to various programmable chips on the market but also serves as a core component of Acroview's automated mass production programmer, the IPS5800S, due to its stable and efficient performance. This enables efficient handling of large-scale chip programming tasks to meet mass production demands.
The AP8000 main unit features flexible connectivity options, equipped with both USB and NET interfaces for easy networking of multiple programmers. Through the networking function, users can effortlessly achieve synchronous control of multiple programmers for efficient parallel programming operations. Regarding safety, the main unit incorporates an intelligent safety protection circuit that monitors chip placement status and circuit connections in real-time. Upon detecting anomalies such as reverse insertion or short circuits, it immediately triggers an emergency power-off protection mechanism, safeguarding both the chip and the programmer comprehensively.
Internally, the main unit is equipped with a high-speed FPGA chip, significantly enhancing data transfer and processing efficiency to ensure a smooth and efficient programming process. To enhance user convenience, an SD card slot is located on the back of the main unit. Users only need to save the project file generated on a PC to an SD card and insert it into the slot. They can then select, load, and execute programming operations using the physical buttons on the programmer, enabling standalone operation without a PC. This design not only reduces dependence on computer hardware configuration but also simplifies the setup of the working environment, significantly improving operational flexibility.
In terms of expandability and compatibility, the AP8000 utilizes a modular combination design with a base board and adapter boards, effectively extending the main unit's functionality. Currently, this device supports products from all major semiconductor manufacturers, covering well-known brands such as SK hynix, Micron, SANDISK, ASR, and Kingston. It supports a wide range of device types, including NAND, NOR, MCU, CPLD, FPGA, and eMMC, and is fully compatible with various industry-standard file formats like Intel Hex, Motorola S, Binary, and POF, providing users with a one-stop, all-scenario chip programming solution.
